Will my insurance be affected? Will my rates increase?
No. Hail damage is recorded as a comprehensive claim and is at no fault to you. Comprehensive claims and ‘random acts of God’ do not affect your policy. Insurance premiums already take into account hail-prone areas and are not computed on a ‘per-insured’ basis.

What is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?
Paintless dent repair, PDR, is the process by which dents, dings, creases, hail damage & large dents, are removed from a vehicle without painting.  It utilizes a revolutionary process that accesses the back side of the dent with a tool that pushes the dent out while using the reflection of light.  Once the dent is removed, the vehicle is restored to it’s original condition & the dent never comes back.

How long does it take to repair a dent via PDR?
Smaller dents can be repaired in a matter of minutes;  while larger dents require more time to repair.

How much does it cost to repair a dent via PDR?
Dents range in price depending on 3 variables:  size, location & quantity.

Can you repair old dents that have been on my car for a long time?
Yes, the age of the dent has no bearing the ability to repair it.

Will the dents you fix on my car come back?
No, once the dents are removed they will never come back.

Is the Paintless Dent Repair method accepted and/or preferred vs. traditional auto body repair?
Yes, PDR is the preferred repair method by insurance companies, auto manufacturers, auto dealers and leasing companies.

Do I have to use the auto body repair shop that my insurance company recommended?
No, you have the right to choose any repair shop that you trust.

Our repair team will remove interior panels to prep for paintless dent repair. Once the vehicle is ready a PDR technician will use specialized process and tools to get behind your vehicles panels and gently message the dents out. Auto hail repair often requires the use of a dent removal tool that uses a gentle adhesive tab to pull the dent from the panels topside.  By using a combination of these auto hail removal techniques, our master paintless dent repair technician team is able to restore the vehicle to its pre-damaged state. After all panels have been fixed, we re-assemble the panels and perform a quality control inspection.
